The William L. Goldfarb Foundation is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a sponsor of continuing education in podiatric medicine. The activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards, requirements and guidelines of the Council on Podiatric Medical Education through the affiliate sponsorship of the William L. Goldfarb Foundation and Puerto Rico Podiatric Medical Society.

This course has been a approved for 15 hours continuing education contact hours. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the education activities.

All faculty participating in continuing medical education programs sponsored by the William L. Goldfarb Foundation are expected to disclose to the program audience any real or apparent conflict (s) of interest related to the content of their presentation(s).
